Stop smoking and using tobacco
• Limit alcohol intake – some alcohol is okay
• Follow recommended intake of fruits and vegetable (daily!)

Lose weight if you’re too heavy, try to gain weight if you’re too thin
• Move! Get active
• Watch your skin (from the sun and don’t use tanning beds)
